Launched in 2017 this blog is intended for people who are intentional about personal development. It is meant to be a place for like-minded people to share ideas and grow together.

Although I write on a variety of topics (fitness, nutrition, and passive income, to name a few), the overall goal is the same: to be better today than I was yesterday. I am a woman, scientist, educator, wife, and mother, and “the improved me project” started as a place for me to write down things that I learn as I go through my day, and to be accountable as I challenge myself to always strive to be better.

But as Helen Keller said: “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” I firmly believe in that, and I am looking forward to meeting new people so we can learn and grow together.
