If you read some of my posts you can probably guess that I LOVE my FitBit One. I had one years ago, but I unfortunately flushed the little guy down the toilet (don’t laugh, it happens more than you think!). It took me years to get a new fitness tracker, but I am SO glad I did! Participating in challenges with others (even though they are complete strangers) is very motivating!

Fitness trackers can be a great motivator to help you achieve your fitness goals. Depending on which one you chose you can track your steps, calories, miles walked, quality of sleep, and heart rate. It is tailored to your needs, since it is set to your specific goals, but also social, since you can share your information with others (if you want) and have a friendly competition. I absolutely LOVE having one and it allowed me to gradually become more active, simply because I love reaching my step goals each day.

For me the FitBit One is perfect since all I really care about is counting steps and I love that I don’t have to wear it on my wrist. But with so many fitness trackers to choose from, how do you choose one that is perfect for YOU? Bellow I break down fitness trackers by categories so you can focus on the options that you find most important.
